Background

Although the draft Tandridge Local Plan 2033, has been found ‘unsound’ our village is not safe as developers can and will still put in planning applications for our Green Belt.

This site has been created by Warlingham residents for the benefit of our Warlingham, Chelsham, Farleigh and concerned neighbours.

We hope you will find this site useful, but are very much reliant on your good selves to spread the word of our site.

We also welcome offers to help. Do you know any planning consultants, legal advisors etc who could give us advice? Please email us at info.swgb.org

Together we can Save Warlingham’s Green Belt.
