SWGB formed in response to the Tandridge District Council’s Local Plan 2033 as Warlingham had the second highest allocation of houses proposed in Tandridge District, for 400-600 new homes. Although the draft Tandridge Local Plan 2033, has been found ‘unsound’ our district council is still determined to welcome planning applications across large Green Belt sites in Warlingham.
